Over the years we’ve developed a small, celebratory ritual. After the clock strikes five at the end of a particularly rewarding day, we’ve made a habit of sticking around, mixing up our favorite cocktail – the Old Fashioned – and retreating to the office patio to reflect, trade insights, and celebrate the small victories of the leaders and organizations we’ve worked with and whose success we care so much about.
